Our primary goal in collecting personal information from you is to provide you with a streamlined process while using our website and booking systems and allow us to develop new products and services which are relevant to customers like you.
As such we may use the information collected in the following ways:
- Record keeping for classes and merchandise sales
- We may use the information to improve our products and services.
- We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
Financial Data
It is Rugrats Rugby company policy that you will subscribe to a monthly recurring plan for the payment of your classes. This financial data is held via our payment provider Stripe. Rugrats Rugby have the ability to amend your subscription, but do not store your financial data.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Controlling your personal information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
Your Rights
opt out
Upon signing up as a customer you opt in to allow us to process your booking and become a member of our programme, but equally you have to right to opt out of receiving booking confirmation and marketing from Rugrats Rugby. You can simply reply to one of the emails you have received from us with the words opt out to prevent further communications of that manner.
You will also be able to Unsubscribe from our e-newsletter by selecting the Unsubscribe feature which will be included at the bottom of each of our newsletters.
Right to Erase
You have the right to have your information erased from our systems and upon us receiving this request we will process this for you. Please note if you are a customer who wishes to continue within the programme then we do need to safely secure your details so that you are able to process an online booking for our classes.
